Why did the University of Edinburgh cut jobs?

The University of Edinburgh cited an in-depth review of how the service is delivered, to connect the areas that directly support students more closely. (A University of Edinburgh spokesperson, to The Herald, which reported that the university would not comment on the number of staff affected).
